E. Brand Ambassador Agreement

As a brand ambassador for Folsom Skin, I agree to the following:

I agree to represent Folsom Skin authentically and in alignment with our community values: inclusivity, honesty, no judgment, and radical acceptance of all identities.

I understand Folsom Skin is rooted in SoMa's leather, queer, and kink community and I am comfortable being associated with this brand and its community.

I agree not to make medical or clinical claims about Folsom Skin products or services — only personal opinions and experiences.

I agree to clearly disclose any sponsored or compensated content per FTC guidelines, using language such as "#ad", "#sponsored", or "#sfglowpartner".

I agree to only promote products I've personally used or honestly reviewed. No fabricated reviews.

F. Copyright & Likeness Grant

Non-Exclusive License Grant. By submitting this form, you grant Folsom Skin a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the submitted photographs, videos, and/or your likeness for the purposes checked in Section C above. You retain full ownership of your original content. This license may be revoked in writing at any time; previously published uses will not be retroactively removed.

No Warranty. You represent that you own or have the right to grant these rights in any content you submit, and that such use will not infringe any third party's rights.

Revocation. You may revoke this license by emailing Folsom Skin in writing. Revocation will be honored for future uses; content already published will be removed on request within a reasonable timeframe.
